2. Eligibility and Use of Services

3. Client Engagements and Project Terms
Specific services, project deliverables, timelines, pricing, and payment terms may be governed by separate proposals, contracts, statements of work, or service-level agreements ("Project Agreements"). In the event of a conflict, the Project Agreement shall prevail.

5. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are provided only where expressly stated in a written agreement. Once a project has commenced or a service has been delivered, fees paid are generally non-refundable.
VOKS reserves the right to cancel or suspend Services where a client breaches these Terms or fails to meet payment obligations.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- All intellectual property, methodologies, frameworks, source code, designs, documentation, and materials developed by VOKS remain the exclusive property of VOKS until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, clients receive a non-transferable license or ownership rights as specified in the Project Agreement.
- VOKS retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any VOKS content without prior written consent.
7. Client Content and Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that any content, data, or materials you provide do not infringe on third-party rights or violate any laws.
VOKS shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or late information provided by the client.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary, technical, or business information disclosed during the course of engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.
9. Third Party Services and Links
Our Services may include or rely on third-party tools, platforms, or services. VOKS is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third party services.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- VOKS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
